If you don't know what these are, you should immediately begin research because you are very, very far behind. HAARP is patented (look up US patent # 4686605, August 11, 1987 to Bernard Eastlund); one of its intended uses is weather modification. People are like cats, spread out impossible to manage; crammed into cities, very easy to monitor and control. The global control grid, cashless society, police state and bleak future well publicized (Blade Runner, 1984, GATTACA, etc.) by the global elite require control of populations. Agenda 21 is the land grab that will force most of the western population into cities (toward either coast), federalizing most of the land in between. Outlandish? Incredible? Insane? This "drought" is probably man-made, and the historical numbers that are quoted above regarding recent "wetness" versus history--they should be suspect. Halt your uneducated gaff and look into it.
