What is the most compelling part about the entire clean-up of Chattanooga is that some of the most disadvantaged citizens, who were most affected, rose above their societal boundaries to make all of this an issue (particularly the water contamination).</description>

I was told a small community on Signal Mountain is experiencing an outbreak of brain tumors. Ten people diagnosed with or have died in the past five years? Are any studies being done?</description>
