hey i was just reading this for my school report and thanks i love the website but i was just hoping this would get better I saw an movie called the An Civil Action its great it relates to this situtation you should try watching it and if u live in the vacinity near Chattanooga you should take action -good luck- by pete

I actually live in Chattanooga. You should visit! It evolving more everyday and has many excellent tourist sites.
What is the most compelling part about the entire clean-up of Chattanooga is that some of the most disadvantaged citizens, who were most affected, rose above their societal boundaries to make all of this an issue (particularly the water contamination).

Hello, I was wondering, are there any health related issues associated from the past pollution problems? What is the cancer rate in Chattanooga? I was told a small community on Signal Mountain is experiencing an outbreak of brain tumors. Ten people diagnosed with or have died in the past five years? Are any studies being done?

Great article, makes me think Chattanooga would be a city to visit. Obviously this city is a good example of what can be accomplished if official’s would only include the citizens more often.
